Our “No-Return-Needed” Resolution
To save you time and cut unnecessary shipping back-and-forth, most resolutions don’t require you to send anything back. Instead, we work with you on a solution that fits. And when a return is needed, Stylr covers the return shipping — it’s never on you.
What a resolution can look like
After you reach out, our team offers a solution based on your case (at our discretion):
- a complimentary replacement — a different size, color, or piece you’d prefer,
- store credit toward a future Stylr order, or
- a partial or full refund to your original payment method.
