Starting a return, exchange, or any after-sale fix takes two steps.
Step 1 — contact our team

- your order number (#XXXX), and
- a clear description of the issue — for example, the piece arrived damaged or different from the photos, the size doesn’t fit (especially rings), or the finish/material isn’t what you expected.
For damage or quality concerns, attach a clear, well-lit close-up photo — it helps us process your case faster.
Step 2 — we find your resolution
A real person (with a real name on every email) reviews your case and replies within one business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Depending on the situation, the solution may be a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund to your original payment method.
