Here’s how refund timing works.

The sequence

  1. We process the refund once your return is received or approved (for defective/wrong items, often right away).
  2. It’s issued back to your original payment method — the same card or account you paid with.
  3. Your bank or card provider then posts it to your account. This last step is outside our control and is usually where most of the wait is.

If it’s been a while

If you’ve had our confirmation that the refund was processed but don’t see it after a few business days:

  • Check the statement for the original payment method (not a different card).
  • Contact your bank or card provider — they can see pending credits before they post.
