Here’s how refund timing works.
The sequence
- We process the refund once your return is received or approved (for defective/wrong items, often right away).
- It’s issued back to your original payment method — the same card or account you paid with.
- Your bank or card provider then posts it to your account. This last step is outside our control and is usually where most of the wait is.
If it’s been a while
If you’ve had our confirmation that the refund was processed but don’t see it after a few business days:
- Check the statement for the original payment method (not a different card).
- Contact your bank or card provider — they can see pending credits before they post.
