Yes — if a ring or necklace arrives the wrong size, you’re covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and Stylr covers the return shipping.
Why we exchange instead of resize
Many Stylr rings have a stainless-steel band — check your product page for the exact base metal. A jeweler can sometimes stretch or cut down a solid-gold ring to change its size, but steel doesn’t work that way — it’s far too hard to stretch or cut by hand. That same hardness is what makes the metal hold up so well day to day, so it isn’t a downside; it just means a sizing miss gets fixed with a size exchange for the correct size, not a resizing appointment.
How to start an exchange
Email info@stylr.us with:
- your order number (#XXXX), and
- the size you received and the size you actually need.
A real person on our team reviews the request and replies within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) with next steps. In most cases you won’t need to mail the original piece back before we send the correct size — full steps are in How do I return or exchange an item?
What’s covered
- The exchange window is 30 days from the day your order arrives.
- When something does need to be mailed back, Stylr covers the return shipping — it’s never on you.
- This covers necklaces too: if a chain arrives shorter or longer than expected, the same 30-day exchange covers a length swap. See What necklace length should I order? before you buy to reduce the odds of needing one.
- A wrong size isn’t a defect, so it doesn’t go through a warranty claim — it’s handled entirely under this 30-day guarantee, which means you don’t need to wait for anything to fail or wear in. If the size is wrong on arrival, reach out right away.
One thing to check before you order
Engraved or personalized pieces are made to order and are final sale — once engraving is added, that piece can’t be exchanged for a different size. If you’re not fully confident in the size, it’s worth confirming it first, or ordering the plain version and asking about personalization afterward.
