What to do
Email [email protected] with:
- your order number,
- a quick photo of the item (and the shipping box, if it was damaged in transit), and
- a short note on what’s wrong.
A real person replies within one business day.
What happens next
- For a defective or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund — and thanks to our No-Return-Needed Resolution, you often won’t have to mail anything back.
- If a package was visibly damaged in transit, photos of the packaging help us sort it out quickly.
You won’t be out of pocket for our mistake. This is separate from a change-of-mind return — see the return policy for that.
