1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day it arrives. If the sizing, finish, or design isn’t right, we’ll make it right — full details in What is Stylr’s return policy?
2. 1-year color warranty
The PVD gold finish is covered against color change or fading for one year of normal wear. (Honestly: with daily wear, PVD typically stays true for 1–2 years before any gradual fade — and even then the 316L steel underneath is silver-tone and never turns your skin green.)
3. Lifetime Hardware Assurance
The structural hardware is covered for life. If a clasp breaks, a chain snaps, or a stone falls out under normal wear, we replace it — no expiry.

- your order number, and
- a clear photo of the issue.
A real person replies within one business day, and in many cases we can resolve it without you mailing anything back. What’s not covered: loss, theft, or accidental damage — the same as any jewelry warranty.
