Two reliable ways to find your ring size at home — no jeweler visit needed.
Option 1 — measure a ring you already own
Take a ring that fits the intended finger, lay it flat, and measure its inside diameter in millimeters. Match that number to our ring size chart. This is the most accurate method because it isn’t affected by how your finger feels that particular day — a plain ruler is all you need.
Option 2 — measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around the base of the finger you’ll wear the ring on.
- Mark the point where it overlaps, then lay the strip flat and measure that length in millimeters — that’s the finger’s circumference.
- Match the number to the chart.
Tips for an accurate measurement
- Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
- Avoid measuring right after being outside in the cold — fingers shrink slightly and the reading will run small.
- If the number falls between two sizes, size up, especially for a wider band, which sits more snugly against the finger than a slim one.
- If you’re measuring for someone else, borrowing a ring they already wear (Option 1) is more reliable than guessing their finger’s circumference — and it’s usually the easier one to pull off quietly. - Not every “adjustable” ring fits every finger. Adjustable styles are designed to flex within a specific size range, not to expand indefinitely, so check the fit note on the individual product page before ordering.
