Getting the size right before you order is easier than fixing it afterward, and for rings it’s the single most common reason a piece has to be swapped.

If the size is already wrong

- How do I find my ring size? Measure a ring that already fits, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimeters, then match it to our ring size chart.
- What necklace length should I order? Chain length is mostly about where you want the piece to sit — 16" at the collarbone, 18" just below, 20"+ toward the neckline — and leave 2–3" (≈5–7.5 cm) between layers.
