Losing one of a favorite pair is the worst — here’s where you stand.
Singles. Our earrings are sold as pairs, so we don’t sell a single replacement earring on its own.
Your options:
- If the earring was simply lost or misplaced, the most reliable fix is to reorder the pair. (Loss and theft aren’t covered by warranty — the same as any jewelry.)
- If a back, post, or finding actually failed under normal wear, that’s hardware — and it may be covered by our Lifetime Hardware Assurance. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo and we’ll take a look.
