What to do

Email [email protected] right away with:

  • your order number, and
  • exactly what you’d like to change (address, size, item) or that you’d like to cancel.

The sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships.

If it’s already shipped

Once an order is on its way we can’t change it — but you have options:

  • For the wrong size or style, start an exchange.
  • For a wrong shipping address, reply to us immediately and we’ll advise based on the carrier’s status.
