A confirmation email goes out automatically the moment an order is placed. If you don’t see it:
Quick checks
- Search your inbox for “Stylr” — it may have filed under a tab.
- Check spam / junk / promotions folders.
- Confirm you’re looking in the inbox of the email you checked out with (not a second address).
Still nothing?
The most common cause is a small typo in the email address at checkout. Email us from any address at [email protected] with your name and the email you think you used, and we’ll find the order, correct the address, and resend your confirmation.
This doesn’t affect your order itself — it’s still placed and processing. You can also check status the other ways in How do I check my order status?
