Can I change or cancel my order?

Possibly — if it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@stylr.us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it leaves the warehouse.

Chain length is mostly about where you want the piece to sit — 16" at the collarbone, 18" just below, 20"+ toward the neckline — and leave 2–3" between layers.

Does my order come gift-boxed, and can I add a gift message?

Every Stylr piece arrives in protective jewelry packaging that's fine to gift as-is. We don't currently offer add-on gift wrap or a gift-message field at checkout — but email us and we'll help.

I lost one earring — can I buy a single replacement?
