Yes — genuine fading or color loss on the plated finish is covered by our Lifetime Color Warranty for as long as you own the piece.
What’s covered, and for how long
The Lifetime Color Warranty covers visible loss of plated color caused by failure of the finish during normal, intended wear — on every Stylr style, for as long as the original purchaser owns it. If your piece was a documented gift, the recipient can claim using the original Stylr order number.
Normal contact with shower water, sweat, pool water, or sea water doesn’t void this coverage on its own. That said, product-specific care guidance still applies — pearls, shells, enamel, stones, and glued settings have their own care needs regardless of the metal warranty, so check your product page if your piece includes any of those.
What isn’t covered
This is a remedy for a genuine finish failure, not a promise that a piece will look untouched forever. The warranty doesn’t cover scratches, surface marks, ordinary wear, or discoloration caused by concentrated chemicals, bleach, undiluted pool or spa chemicals, jewelry cleaner, or perfume sprayed directly on the piece. Engraved or altered pieces, and jewelry sent to a third party for repair, are also outside its scope.

How to make a claim
Email info@stylr.us with your order number and a clear, well-lit photo of the affected area. A real person reviews it and replies within one business day. For an approved claim, we’ll send a replacement of the same or a comparable piece, or store credit up to the original item price — this warranty applies to jewelry purchased directly from Stylr, not items bought through a reseller or marketplace.
