Most delayed packages are moving again within a day or two, but here’s how to handle it.
If tracking has stalled
- Re-check the tracking link in your shipping email — carriers sometimes update in bursts.
- Give it 24–48 hours — a quiet scan window is common, especially around weekends and holidays. Most US orders arrive in 7–10 business days (5–15 overall; full windows here), and rural addresses can take up to 4–6 weeks in some regions.
If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have it
- Check around your delivery spot — porch, mailbox, building reception, with a neighbor.
- Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a little early; it often arrives within a day.
