Using your tracking
- Open the shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link.
- Newly created tracking numbers can take up to a day to start showing scans — that’s normal, the package is on its way.
- Signed in? You can also find tracking under Orders in your account.
If tracking isn’t updating
If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days, see My package is delayed or missing, or email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
