Payment
Accepted payment methods, checkout problems, declined payments, and using a discount code.
If a payment didn’t go through, nothing was charged and no order was created. A declined attempt can still leave a temporary authorization hold on your statement, which looks like a charge but isn’t one — it falls off on its own.
Before you try again
Most declines come from the card details rather than the card itself: a billing address that doesn’t match what the bank has on file, an expired card, or a bank blocking an international merchant. Checking those is faster than retrying blindly.
Discounts and offers
Promotional offers are applied at checkout when the order qualifies. The articles below explain how the current offer works and what to do if a code doesn’t apply — please check before ordering rather than after, since we can’t rebuild an order around a discount once it’s placed.
Still stuck
Email info@stylr.us with your order number, or the email address you tried to check out with if no order was created. Never send full card numbers by email — we don’t need them and won’t ask.
- What payment methods do you accept? All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Klarna, and express options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Additional local payment methods appear depending on your country. You'll see everything available to you at checkout.
- Why was my payment declined? Declines almost always come from the bank, not from us — usually a billing-address mismatch, a typo, available funds, or a fraud-prevention hold. Double-check your details and try again, or contact your bank.
- How do I use a discount code? Enter your code in the discount box at checkout and apply it before paying. If it won't apply, check for typos and any conditions on the offer.
