No special kit needed:

  1. Mix warm water with a drop of mild dish soap.
  2. Dip a soft cloth (or a soft toothbrush for crevices) and gently wipe the piece.
  3. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, polishing cloths meant for solid gold or silver, and ultrasonic machines — on plated pieces they can wear the finish.
