Stylr’s gold tone is 18k gold PVD over a 316L steel core — durable, but still a surface finish, so clean it gently:
- Do: wipe with a soft cloth and, if needed, a little warm water with mild soap; then rinse and dry fully.
- Don’t: use polishing cloths, baking-soda or toothpaste pastes, jewelry dips, or ultrasonic cleaners. These are designed to remove a microscopic surface layer — which is exactly what you don’t want on plating.
Done this way, you’ll keep the gold tone looking its best for as long as possible.
