Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Stylr marketing email — it takes you off promotional sends right away, no account or sign-in needed.
Turning off marketing emails
Open any Stylr marketing email — a sale announcement, a new-arrival notice, a discount code — and scroll to the very bottom. Every one of these carries an unsubscribe link, and clicking it removes you from future promotional sends. You don’t need to log in, confirm anything by email, or contact us first; the link handles it on its own.
What keeps coming even after you unsubscribe
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails, because those aren’t promotional — they’re tied to something you’ve actually done:
- Order and shipping confirmations
- Replies from our support team when you write in
If you place a new order after unsubscribing, you’ll still get the confirmation and tracking emails for that order. That’s expected — it’s how you’ll know your order shipped, not a sign the unsubscribe didn’t work.
This split is spelled out in our Privacy Policy, under “Managing Communication Preferences”: opting out stops promotional email, but we may still send non-promotional messages, such as those tied to your account or an order you’ve placed. The same policy commits that we won’t discriminate against you — with worse pricing, service, or anything else — for choosing to unsubscribe. If the link isn’t working, or you want out completely
Email info@stylr.us and ask to be removed from our marketing list. Send it from the address the emails are arriving at (or tell us what that address is) so we can remove you from the list. This works even if the unsubscribe link is broken, expired, or simply hard to find in a particular email client.
What unsubscribing does and doesn’t change
